28 (c) Administrative Approval and Guidelines for Implementation – Administrative approval along with a set of guidelines for project implementation were issued in September 2005. (d) Preparation of Model DPRs and Technical Specifications – To assist implementing agencies at the State level in the preparation of DPRs, the Alternate Hydro Energy Centre (AHEC), IIT, Roorkee has been entrusted the task of preparing model DPRs for different technological options.
